Our experience has shown that outstanding work is not just beautiful but effortlessly functional. A design is timeless when it is congruent with the rest of the house, and not just with the latest interior design trends. Overall, it should feel like a thoughtfully designed space, without feeling out of place. How do we do this? Careful, thought-out design work along with professional craftsmanship overseen by a skilled project manager dedicated to an impeccable outcome.

Starting small and growing from there, we remain dedicated to our core values. A home should feel like a castle, a retreat from the stresses of life. We understand that your home is something you’ve worked hard for and care deeply about. Entrusting us with this project is something we do not take lightly. Meet the Team

VINCE has been renovating homes for over 2 decades. He started by working on investment properties in 2003, and in 2014 he took the step to become a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor. Being a people person, Vince loves talking to clients and helping them finalize their projects. He always ensures their renovation fits their family’s needs, while striving to keep a close eye on their budget.

Beyond general contracting, Vince enjoys watching football, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his friends. He also enjoys spending time each month volunteering.

LORENZO has a long history of appreciating small details. He’s always had a passion for architecture, home design, and anything mechanical. He received a full-scholarship and earned a degree as a Machinist/Tool & Die Maker. His trade helped him further hone his strong attention to detail. One of his many catchphrases is, “fall in love with dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s.” Lorenzo creates a culture of promoting these qualities to everyone within Clear Contractors and his mindset has benefitted Clear’s clients in many ways.

Lorenzo enjoys family time, volunteer work, sports, and drumming. As a fellow musician he offers great suggestions for anyone wanting to soundproof an area of their home!
