Hausmann
Vince has been renovating homes for over two decades. He started by working on investment properties in 2003, and in 2014 he became a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor. As a people person, Vince loves talking to clients and helping them finalize their projects. He always ensures renovations fit their family’s needs while keeping a close eye on their budget. Beyond general contracting, Vince enjoys watching football, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends. He also dedicates time each month to volunteering.
Lorenzo
Richard II
Lorenzo has a long history of appreciating small details and has always had a passion for architecture, home design, and anything mechanical. He earned a full scholarship and a degree as a Machinist/Tool & Die Maker, a trade that further refined his strong attention to detail. Known for saying, “fall in love with dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s,” Lorenzo creates a culture that promotes precision and excellence within Clear Contractors. His mindset has benefitted Clear’s clients in countless ways. Outside of work, Lorenzo enjoys family time, volunteer work, sports, and drumming. As a fellow musician, he offers great tips for anyone interested in soundproofing a space in their home!
