From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we’re here to make your vision a reality with transparency and craftsmanship you can trust.

Our Design-Build Process

Initial Phone Call

Our process begins with a friendly phone call to discuss your project. We’ll gather details about your goals, location, and project type. During this call, we’ll explain the next steps and schedule a Consultation Call with one of our Client Representatives.

Consultation Call

During the Consultation Call, we’ll dive deeper into your project to:

  • Discuss the scope of work, materials, and design preferences.
  • Understand your desired timeline and budget.
  • Confirm your project aligns with our minimum requirements (e.g., budget thresholds for different types of remodels).
If everything checks out, we’ll schedule an on-site Consultation Visit.

Consultation Visit

We will meet you at your home to:

  • Build rapport and fully understand your needs.
  • Confirm project details like scope, materials, timeline, and budget.
  • Introduce the Design Agreement Fee, which is 5% of your estimated budget and goes toward your total project cost.
By the end of the visit, we’ll have all the information to prepare your Estimate/Design Agreement (E/DA) which outlines the next steps to move forward.

Design & Planning Phase

Once the E/DA is signed, we begin:

  • Creating detailed designs and specifications for your project.
  • Compiling material lists and collaborating with drafters and tradesmen.
  • Reviewing the contract, project timeline, and budget with you.

We prioritize clear communication to ensure you’re informed every step of the way.

Pre-Construction Preparation

Before construction begins, we:

  • Obtain necessary permits.
  • Purchase & schedule material deliveries.
  • Ensure all logistics are in place.

This phase ensures a smooth transition into the construction stage.

Construction

Our skilled team starts transforming your space while maintaining:

  • Clear communication on progress and timelines.
  • Quality control through regular inspections.
  • Adaptability to manage any change orders that may arise.

We work efficiently to deliver exceptional results while keeping disruption to a minimum.

Final Walkthrough & Completion

Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to:

  • Conduct CPR (Client Project Review).
  • Address any remaining questions or concerns.
  • Ensure every detail meets our high standards—and yours.
